Initiate Your Request
Log into your Allure Beauty Box account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the eligible item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
