When will my monthly beauty box be shipped?
Allure Beauty Boxes are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your monthly billing date. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I choose the specific products in my box?
Each month's box is curated by our beauty experts to offer a surprise selection of high-end products. While we don't offer individual product selection, we do occasionally offer customization options for specific shades or scents.
What is your return policy for subscription boxes?
Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription, update your address, or cancel your membership at any time through your Account Dashboard. Please ensure cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Are the products in the box full-sized?
Each Allure Beauty Box contains a mix of at least 6 products, including a minimum of 3 full-sized items alongside premium travel-sized samples.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Allure Beauty Box ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international beauty lovers in the near future.
